Strategist
Hybrid Role (Nicosia)

You will take the lead on crafting and executing digital marketing strategies for clients across various industries. You’ll also work directly with our graphic designers, guiding the creative direction for all visual content to ensure alignment with marketing objectives and audience preferences.
Key Responsibilities:
A
Strategy Development: Formulate and execute data-driven digital marketing strategies tailored to each client’s industry and goals, focusing on growth and engagement.

Content Planning: Develop comprehensive content calendars for each client, ensuring consistent and effective messaging across platforms.

Campaign Management: Set up, monitor, and optimize campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, and occasionally Google Ads and YouTube. Adjust strategies based on analytics to improve reach, engagement, and conversions.

Client Collaboration: Act as the primary contact for client communications, collecting feedback, understanding content needs, and providing strategic direction to meet their expectations.

Analytical Reporting: Schedule and provide in-depth monthly reports with insights on KPIs, campaign performance, and optimization strategies.

Creative Guidance: Collaborate with graphic designers to ensure the visual content aligns with client branding and audience preferences, providing direction for ads, posts, and other digital assets.

Campaign Optimization: Use insights and industry best practices to run traffic, engagement, and sales campaigns that drive measurable business results.

Social Media Expertise: Stay updated on social media trends and what content performs best, ensuring avocadots delivers top-notch, relevant campaigns.
Qualifications

Experience in managing digital marketing campaigns on various platforms, whether professional or personal.

Strong understanding of social media platforms, including Meta, LinkedIn, and TikTok; basic knowledge of Google Ads and YouTube is a plus.

Demonstrated experience in creating and managing content calendars.

Proficiency with analytics tools to interpret campaign performance and provide actionable insights.

Exceptional client communication skills, with an ability to manage expectations and present strategies clearly.

A collaborative, creative mindset with the ability to guide designers on visual content.

Strong project management skills, ensuring that campaigns and content stay on track and meet deadlines.
