You’ll craft scroll-stopping videos, striking graphics, and bold creative ideas that bring campaigns to life across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and beyond.

Key Responsibilities:
A
Creative Concepting & Video Production

Deliver short-form videos (Reels, TikTok, Shorts) that grab attention in the first 3 seconds.

Design high-quality static, carousel, and motion graphics to support campaigns.

Marketing Awareness

Understand the “why” behind every piece of content — design with engagement and conversions in mind.

Align closely with the Digital Marketing Manager to tie visuals to campaign goals.

Innovation & Future Exploration
-
Act as a sponge — actively test new creative tools (Heygen, AI avatars, Runway, VEO3).

Explore how content consumption is changing and pitch innovative formats to the team.

Build internal knowledge by sharing discoveries and creative experiments

Quality & Craftsmanship
-
Push the creative bar higher with polished, professional, and detail-driven outputs.

Ensure consistency in style, messaging, and quality across all deliverables.
Qualifications
-
Strong video editing & motion design skills (Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or similar)
-
Solid design foundation (Adobe Creative Suite).

A track record (or portfolio) of creative social content that performs.

Natural curiosity to explore and learn — with evidence of testing new creative tools.

Bonus: Understanding of AI design/video tools and eagerness to experiment.
